The ACE project is a collective effort by the Alabama Community College System and other stakeholders to provide relevant, cutting-edge, and industry-driven employability skills training to better prepare individuals for the Alabama workforce. ACE is based on the skills and competencies required by business and industry and assimilated through the work of the Alabama Committee on Credentialing Career Pathways and the Technical Advisory Committees. The ACE course can be customized to meet education and industry needs and will lead into a specific career pathway such as a Mobilizing Alabama's Pathways (MAP) course or a Skills for Success rapid training course.
